Software that carries the weight of the business.
IT consultancy and software engineering for corporate clients.
01 — Position
One partner for advice, build and run.
Most technology programmes fail in the joins: between the advice and the delivery, between the software and the infrastructure it lands on, between the project team and the people who operate it afterwards.
The company is licensed across all three. One entity holds the scope, the accountability and the contract, from first assessment through to steady-state operation.
Work is delivered business-to-business by senior practitioners, under written scope, with a fixed reporting cadence and named accountability on both sides.
02 — Practices
Three practices,
one delivery org
03 — Capability
What the teams actually do
Cloud & platform
- Landing zone and account design
- Migration and consolidation
- Infrastructure as code
- CI/CD and release automation
- Cost and capacity management
Application engineering
- Back-end and API development
- Web and internal tooling
- Legacy re-platforming
- Automated testing and QA
- Technical documentation
Data & integration
- Systems integration
- Data pipelines and warehousing
- Reporting and analytics delivery
- Data migration and reconciliation
- Master data and reference design
Security & resilience
- Identity and access design
- Infrastructure hardening
- Logging, monitoring, alerting
- Backup and recovery design
- Control mapping for audit
Delivery is technology-agnostic. The company recommends the platform that fits the client's estate, constraints and internal skills, and states the reasoning in writing before any build begins.
04 — Approach
Four phases, each with a written output
01
Assess
Estate review, stakeholder interviews and constraint mapping. Output: findings and options paper.
02
Design
Target architecture, delivery plan and cost envelope. Output: solution design and statement of work.
03
Build
Iterative delivery against agreed acceptance criteria. Output: tested, documented, handed-over software.
04
Operate
Run support, dedicated teams and continuous improvement. Output: service reporting and change log.
05 — Clients
Who the company works with
Medium and large enterprises
Organisations modernising core internal systems, consolidating fragmented infrastructure, or extending engineering capacity without growing permanent headcount.
Financial services institutions
Technology transformation programmes for banks, insurers and other financial institutions: engineering, integration and infrastructure work.
Fast-growing startups
Product teams that need senior software engineering expertise, a dedicated delivery team and project management discipline from the first release onward.
06 — The entity

Scope of work
- Cloud solution design and deployment
- Environment migration and consolidation
- Infrastructure automation and CI/CD
- Monitoring, alerting and resilience design
- Identity, access and hardening
- Operational support arrangements
Typical outputs

Commercial models
01
Consultancy fees
Specialist advisory work billed by rate card against agreed scope and duration, with a defined deliverable at the end of each phase.
02
Fixed-price contracts
Defined software deliverables priced up front against a written statement of work, with acceptance criteria agreed before build starts.
03
Dedicated teams
Recurring team and project management agreements billed monthly for the duration of the programme, with named roles and a fixed reporting cycle.
Delivery standards
What every engagement includes
Written scope before work begins
No engagement starts without a signed statement of work setting out deliverables, assumptions, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
Named accountability
A single engagement lead on the company's side, and an agreed counterpart on the client's side, for the whole duration.
Intellectual property assignment
Bespoke deliverables are assigned to the client on payment, with third-party and open-source components disclosed in writing.
Confidentiality and data protection
Mutual confidentiality terms as standard, and a written processing arrangement wherever the company handles personal data on a client's behalf.
Documented handover
Architecture notes, runbooks and operational procedures are delivered with the software, not promised afterwards.
All services are provided business-to-business. The company does not serve retail consumers, and does not hold or handle client funds.
Approach
Decisions in writing, before code.
Four phases, each ending in a written output. Every phase can be contracted on its own.
Phase 01
Assess
Two to six weeks, depending on estate size.
Activities
- Stakeholder interviews across business and IT
- Architecture, code and infrastructure review
- Constraint mapping: budget, compliance, skills
- Risk and dependency identification
Output
A findings and options paper: what exists, what is at risk, and two or three viable routes forward with indicative cost and effort for each.
Phase 02
Design
Target state and the plan to reach it.
Activities
- Target architecture and integration design
- Platform selection with stated reasoning
- Delivery sequencing and team shape
- Cost envelope and acceptance criteria
Output
A solution design document and a statement of work: scope, price, milestones, assumptions and the definition of done.
Phase 03
Build
Iterative delivery with visible progress.
Activities
- Two-week increments with working demonstrations
- Environment provisioning and automation
- Automated testing from the first increment
- Weekly written status against milestones
Output
Tested software running in the client's environment, source code and IP assigned, documentation and runbooks delivered alongside it.
Phase 04
Operate
Optional, and never a condition of the build.
Activities
- Dedicated team or scheduled support windows
- Monitoring, incident response and change control
- Backlog grooming and continuous improvement
- Knowledge transfer to internal teams
Output
Service reporting, a maintained change log, and an exit plan that leaves the client able to run the system without the company.
Ways of working
Senior-led, small, and answerable
Teams are deliberately small and staffed with practitioners who have delivered comparable systems before. There is no layer of account management between the client and the people doing the work.
Reporting is written and on a fixed cadence: weekly status during build, monthly service reporting during run. Escalation routes are agreed at kick-off rather than improvised during an incident.
Where work touches personal data, processing terms are agreed in advance in line with the DIFC Data Protection Law 2020.
